This is our GOR ("girls-only-runs") Calendar for Bangalore for the next few months. Our GORs are fun, social, non-competitive and open to women of any age, size, shape, or athletic ability. Oh, and we usually go to Airlines Hotel for breakfast after these runs for idlis, dosas and Bournvita :-). 

Come and run with us. No need to register! Just show up - you'll find us at the Cubbon Park gate (enter from: MG Road/JDP junction) from around 6.15 am.

What should I bring/wear?

  • Bring along some water in case you get thirsty.
  • A good pair of running shoes. Have your feet analyzed by a running shoe specialist (contact: Dr. Rajat Chauhan on 99456 95732) and purchase a pair of shoes specifically designed for running and your gait (vs. fashion). 
  • A good support bra.
  • Comfortable, lightweight clothing designed to absorb moisture from your skin.
